I am in Rockwood, north of Durango, so I was totally surprised that the repair person made it to me within 24 hours of my calling. Their competitor in Durango told me it would be two weeks. And once he got there, he fixed the problem quickly and showed me what I needed to do to prevent it. He was very courteous. I definitely will call them again, if needed.
