Tech came out, determined the issue and even performed a maintenance on my garage door without me asking. He was personable and helpful. Service was 5-stars. Gave 4 stars because there was no communication to confirm my appointment so I wasn’t even sure they were coming until I called them and confirmed the morning of my appointment.
