Honesty and Customer Service Reign Supreme
This was an absolute awesome experience. The young men who came to our house were wonderful. The first day they came out and tried to reset our old garage door opener and actually got it working but explained that it might not work long as it was old and the motor was weak. My husband paid them cash. A little bit after they left, they called back to say that there had been two twenty dollar bills stuck together and they would return it the following day. In the meantime, we did have another problem with our garage door opener, so we asked to have a new one installed. They showed up the same day we called and installed our new opener in just an hour. Certainly one of our best experiences with competence and customer service!
